      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Go to the forum in-app
      2. Create a new discussion
      3. Add an attachment with name contains uppercase letters (E.g IMAGE1.jpg)
      4. Add the same attachment 2 more times (E.g IMAGE1.jpg)

      Expected result: Should display the name of the attachment is unique
