Decide the build process

      Phonegap Build is pretty cool but we have a big limitation:

      • No support for Phonegap Plugins

      This make that for Android most of the contents are not viewable by default, the app support the Webintent plugin that opens native Android apps depending on the format (pdf, ..) but it doesn't work if we build using Phonegap Build

      For iPhone there is not problem

      I think we must build using Android SDK with all the plugins needed.
