      Description

In the app, if you go to App Settings > Synchronization and click to synchronize a site that's logged out it displays this error:

Error synchronising site data. Please check your internet connection and try again.

We should improve this message because it's not a connection problem. We should tell the user that he needs to access that site to be able to synchronize it, or maybe we could just prevent displaying the synchronize button for logged out sites.
