Single Activity course: if there are (sticky) blocks, the tablet view only shows the description (Forum at least)

      1. As student on master demo site.
      2. Navigate to the master course and check blocks are correctly displayed.
      3. Now navigate to a single activity course and check blocks are not displayed.

    Description

      Course configured with Single Activity Format (at least Forum): if there are (sticky) blocks, the tablet view shows the description at the left and the block at the right

      There is no way to access the forum, even if there is already topics created.

      If you delete the block in the course it works
