This issue needs to be tested both in Android and iOS.

In the device, use the camera to record a video of more than 10MB (not in our app, use the Camera app). In my tests, a 15 seconds video was enough.

iOS only: Open the video using the Photos app, click the Share button at the top-right and select the "Files" app.

Open the Moodle app, login with a user with a high user quota and go to private files.

Click to add a new file and select the "File" option.

Select the video you recorded. Check that you see a modal asking for confirmation.

Confirm. Check that the file is uploaded.
