Invalidate only unknown files isn't working as expected

      This issue only needs to be tested in 1 device.

      1. In the app, login in a site and go to Private Files.
      2. Download a private file.
      3. Go to More > Preferences and click the refresh button next to "Synchronise now".
      4. Open Private Files again (if it's already open in another tab, perform a PTR). Check that the file is still marked as downloaded.

    Description

      It seems the function to invalidate only unknown files is invalidating some files it shouldn't.
