If we open a local HTML file in Android using file opener it's opened in the system browser. But embedded images aren't seen, at least in Android 9.

The URL in the browser has a format like: content://com.moodle.moodlemobile.opener.provider/external/...

If that file is opened in InAppBrowser then the images are displayed fine.
