Don't collapse content in large screens

      This issue should be tested in a phone and a tablet, it doesn't matter the OS.

      1. Install the app and login in master site.
      2. Open the MM Dev Testing course and select the "Resource: Book" section.
      3. Check that in tablet the description of the book "A book with embedded files English" is displayed full, without collapsing it. Check that in phone that description is collapsed and you can expand it.
      4. Now open that book. Check that the book description appears collapsed on top in both devices.

      Description

      By default the app collapses some contents and displays a "Show more". Maybe in large devices like tablets we shouldn't do that in some places (e.g. in the section page). Please notice we should still collapse content in some places like the description inside a module.
