Course overview displays In Progress courses if all filters are disabled

      This issue only needs to be tested in 1 device.

      1. In web as admin, go to Site administration > Plugins > Blocks > Course overview.
      2. Disable all the options in "Available filters".
      3. In the app, login with a user that has at least 1 past or future course (so the list of "All" courses is different than the list of courses "In progress").
      4. Check that the Course overview block displays all the courses, not just the ones in progress.

    Description

      If an admin disables all possible filters in the course overview, Moodle web displays all the courses but the app only displays the courses in progress.
