Solve displaying blocks on single activity course

Course configured with Single Activity Format (at least Forum): if there are (sticky) blocks, they are hidden.

The current solution (4.0 onwards) shows a floating button on the side of the screen. Depending on where you place the blocks, they are shown on the course but there are some inconsistencies.

You can show here sticky blocks added to the COURSE, so you should go to participants page and add them there in able to show them on the app. The main problem here is that there's no WS to get the ACTIVITY blocks (which are shown on the web). Another solution is to change the current WS to add the activity blocks to the return when the course is a single activity course. So an MDL here is needed.
