Scorm course doesn't resume on moodle app

Scorm courses with moodle version 3.7.2 (web) don't resume where we left off when using with google chrome. It's because 'XHR in page dismissal' policy change. After upgrading to moodle 3.9, the problem fixed it. We got the resume in moodle web.

But when we use moodle app, we can't resume on either the rise or storyline courses. Even connecting to our moodle websites by using moodle official app, the resume doesn't work on both sites with upgraded version 3.9 and 3.7.2. So, may I know the solution to fix that.
