We need a automatic build based on the step there:

1) write a small build script (do not deal with initial install stuff, it's really just a script to re-build)
2) need a server to install android sdk + build script (access to Jerome and Juan)
3) install android sdk and other stuff required by the build script
4) run the script by cron
5) web server or nodejs server or whatever is the quickest to for us install. The goal is to download apk file, nothing more.

Think simple (we are not redoing a phonegap build )
