Include the Scan QR code button in the reconnect screen

      This issue only needs to be tested in 1 device.

      1. In the app, login in a Premium site with logout configured.
      2. Logout.
      3. Click to enter the site again. Check that you see the scan QR button in the reconnect page.
      4. Authenticate using the scan QR button. Check it works fine.

      It was originally decided to not include the Scan QR code button in the reconnect screen but it seems that for sites configured to force logout it makes totally sense to have it there.
