Section headings are styled so they visually appear as headings however they are not programmatically defined. (Course contents tab)
Although section headings have not been programmatically defined as such, content can be bypassed by accessing the relevant section in the "All sections" dropdown menu. (Course contents tab)
Also check h* order on pages and include h1
Change h2-3 to paragraph from ion-items where it's irrelevant to have a heading and place an item-heading on the class.
