Change the string 'Download course' once the course is downloaded

      This issue only needs to be tested in 1 device.

      1. In web as admin, create a new course.
      2. Go to the course enrolment methods and enable Guest access.
      3. In the app, login as a student.
      4. Click to search courses in the top right.
      5. Search the course you created in step 1 and click it. 
      6. Click "Download course" and confirm the download.
      7. Wait for the download to finish. Check that now the text says "Refresh course" instead of "Download course".
      8. Open the course. Check that you cannot see the options: Competencies, Course completion, Grades and Participants (this was broken some time ago and they were displayed for guests when they shouldn't).
