This issue should be tested in an iOS device. In Moodle web as admin, go to "Site administration > Users > Privacy and policies > Policy settings" and put a valid URL in "Site policy URL". Make sure that the URL can be embedded in an iframe. For example you can use this URL (it belongs to a map). In the app, login as a user that hasn't accepted the policy in that site. Check that you're sent to a page to accept the policy. Check that the page you put in the Site policy URL is displayed in an iframe, and that iframe fills as much height as possible. Before this patch there was some unused space below the buttons.
