This issue only needs to be tested in 1 device. This issue must be tested using Moodle 3.11 or master. As teacher, create an H5P activity with tracking enabled. As a student, perform at least 1 attempt in the H5P activity. In the app, login as the student and go to the H5P activity. Open the top right menu and click "View my attempts". As a teacher in browser, go to course logs and check that there's an entry saying like: "The user with id '9' viewed the H5P report for the H5P with course module id '2431'.". Check that the user and the activity are the ones you just opened in the app. Click the "Report viewed" link in the log entry. Check that you're sent to the list of attempts of the user.  Back in the app, click any attempt to see the attempt report. As a teacher in browser, go to course logs and check that there's a new entry like the one in step 5.  Click the "Report viewed" link in the log entry. Check that you're sent to the attempt report that you opened in the app.
