This issue only needs to be tested in one device.

In web as teacher, create a forum.

In web as student, subscribe to the forum.

As another user, post in the forum. Make sure to enable the checkbox "Send forum post notifications with no editing-time delay".

Run the cron as admin, or wait for the notification to be sent.

As the student, login in the app.

Go to the notifications tab. Check that, in the notification displayed, you see the whole message posted. Before this patch you only saw something like: User X has posted in the forum Y.

Right now, we are only displaying the non-html version (fullmessage instead of fullmessagehtml)

Apart from that, we should make more solid the implementation to avoid errors in case fullmessage or fullmessagehtml are nulled
