Revise kebab icon being shown when loading app and show download options on site home

      This issue only needs to be tested in 1 device.

      1. Login in a site. Check that you see the context menu in the Site Home or Dashboard (whatever page you land when you enter).
      2. Now open the other tab. Check that you still see the context menu.
      3. In Site Home, open the context menu and enable download. Check that you see a download button next to Site news.

      • Kebab icon is only shown on the page loaded first by the app (site home / dashboard)

      (If the app loads site home first, the kebab icon is shown there but not on the dashboard page. If the app loads dashboard first, the kebab icon is shown there but not on the site home page)

       

      • In the case of the site home the 'show download options' doesn't do anything (IMHO you should see the download option on the resources and activities)
