SCORM prompting what app should be used to open the package

The most recent udpate (3.9.5, Aug 27 2021) changed the way that a SCORM with launcher page opens in Moodle app.

Previously, moodle mobile app would open an articulate storyline SCORM 1.2 package (published for LMS) with launcher page within the app's SCORM player, but now it prompts the user to select which app should be used to open the file and users are therefore not able to play it.

Steps:
1. Load generic storyline package published as SCORM 1.2 for LMS with a launcher page into Moodle (set SCORM package to open in current window to avoid nested popups)
2. Open SCORM through moodle app
3. Moodle app prompts user to select app to open the popup

The launcher page is the only configuration known to open properly across all environments (PC-browser, PC-desktop app, mobile - browser, mobile - mobile app), so any insight would be most appreciated!
