Revise case of self enrol not active on a course

      If a user has a link to a course that is visible but does not accept guest access and the user is not enrolled there, when the user taps on it an error message is shown giving the option to open it on browser.

      I think in cases like that (as well as hidden course) maybe we shouldn't show the option of opening the browser

       

       

      (If this should be a different issue let me know) Related to guest access, if the user access an activity or resource on that course, it will show on the 'Recently accessed items'. If the teacher/admin changes the course to hidden or removes the guest access, then when the user taps on the recent access item, it opens (cache) but if you refresh it a strange error message is shown
