Long MathJax equations cut off in quiz feedback and no way to scroll

      This issue should be tested both in a phone (not tablet), it doesn't matter the OS.

      1. Login in master site as a student.
      2. Go to MM Dev Testing > Quiz > MOBILE-3895: MathJax scroll.
      3. If the user doesn't have any finished attempt, attempt the quiz now and finish it.
      4. Go to the review attempt page. 
      5. Scroll down until you see the feedback for question 1. Check that it doesn't fit in the screen (it's cut off).
      6. Check that you can scroll horizontally in the equation so you can see it all.

      When reviewing the feedback of a quiz rendered with MathJax, LaTeX equations that go beyond the width of the screen are cut off and there is no way to scroll to view the whole equation.

      Expected behaviour would be a horizontal scrollbar so that it's possible to view the whole equation.
