      Test on any device of your choice:

      1. Open site home, a course and dashboard.
      2. Check side blocks button is placed vertically centered right in the page and clicking on it it shows the side blocks.
      3. Check also blocks are shown on "Single activity" course format.
      4. Remove all blocks from a course and check button is not shown (if cached, you should PTR).

      In MDL-71456 the new block drawer was introduced, we need to support this in our app following our current design in the figma prototype.
