Check userhomepage setting to show default landing page

      This issue only needs to be tested in 1 device.

      1. In web, login as admin in a 4.0 site.
      2. Go to "Site Administration > Appearance > Navigation" and set "Home page for users" to "Site".
      3. In the app, login as a student. Check that:
        1. The Site Home page is loaded after logging in.
        2. The Site Home tab is the first one in the top tabs.
        3. The "Home" tab is the first one in the bottom/left tabs (the main menu).
      4. In web as admin, now set the setting to "Dashboard".
      5. In the app, go to Preferences and click "Synchronize now" to make sure the app fetches the setting.
      6. Restart the app. Check that:
        1. The Dashboard page is loaded.
        2. The Dashboard tab is the first one in the top tabs.
        3. The "Home" tab is the first one in the bottom/left tabs (the main menu).
      7. In web as admin, now set the setting to "My courses".
      8. In the app, go to Preferences and click "Synchronize now" to make sure the app fetches the setting.
      9. Restart the app. Check that:
        1. The My Courses page is loaded.
        2. The My Courses tab is the first one in the bottom/left tabs (the main menu).
      10. Repeat the steps 2-6 in a 3.11 or older site.

      Tasks:

      1. Sort tabs on home page to have the default Dashboard or Site Home at the beginning of the top tabs.
      2. Make my courses bottom tab the default home page if selected.
