Refactor feedback respondents navigation

Testing this issue should be similar to testing MOBILE-3905, with the difference that this issue concerns feedback attempts.

In addition to that, both lists of responses (anonymous and non anonymous) have been integrated into one, and infinite loading should work properly (it required manually clicking a "load more" button before).

Whilst adding swipe navigation to pages using the split-view, we noticed that the current implementation of the feedback respondents page can be improved.

In particular, it's currently chaining two lists which makes the infinite loader not automatic and awkward to use. A better approach would be to treat both lists as one, even if that doesn't map directly to the way that the webservice returns the data.

The new approach should behave similar to the glossary, which already contains multiple lists into one. The UI can follow the same pattern, including the new swiping gesture.

In addition with the navigation refactor, the style of anonymous responses should also be adapted to be more similar to non anonymous answers. In particular, it should show the default avatar, use "Anonymous user" as a name and replace the submission date with response number.
