Use new webservice on My courses page

      Test on one device of your choice.

      1. Enter a 4.0 site (with MDL-73087 integrated).
      2. Check My courses tab is shown on the bottom tab bar.
      3. Check My overview is shown and it shows same options as in the Dashboard.
      4. Now, using any 3.7-3.11 site, disable feature Sitehome and dashboard.
      5. Check the tab is shown on the app.

      Follow up issue of MOBILE-3806 waiting for MDL-73087.

       

      Currently, block is faked on my courses page and selected options and settings are not handled. The new WS will solve that and we should call it to retrieve the full information.
