Adapt disabled features to changes in 4.0

      This issue only needs to be tested in 1 device.

      This issue must be tested once MDL-73625 is closed.

      1. In the app, login as u2 in master site.
      2. Open the "user menu" using the avatar in the top-right (top-left in tablet). Check that you can see the following options and in this order: Grades, Files, Badges, Blog entries, Learning Plans.
      3. Close the menu and open the MM Dev Testing course.
      4. Go to Participants and open the "user test 2" profile. Check that you can see the following options and in this order: Grades, Course completion, Badges, Blog entries, Competencies.
      5. In web, login as admin and go to Site Administration > General > Mobile app > Mobile features.
      6. Disable all the features inside "User account".
      7. In the app, go to Preferences and click "Synchronize now".
      8. Restart the app.
      9. Open the user menu. Check that you don't see any of the options you disabled. Check that you cannot see the "Switch account" option either.
      10. Close the menu and open the MM Dev Testing course.
      11. Go to Participants and open the "user test 2" profile. Check that you can still see the following options and in this order: Grades, Course completion, Badges, Blog entries, Competencies.
      12. In web as admin, re-enable all the features you disabled before and now disable the following features inside Participants: Grades, Course completion, Badges, Notes, Blog, Competencies.
      13. In the app, go to Preferences and click "Synchronize now".
      14. Restart the app.
      15. Open the user menu. Check that you can see the following options again and in this order: Grades, Files, Badges, Blog entries, Learning Plans.
      16. Close the menu and open the MM Dev Testing course.
      17. Go to Participants and open the "user test 2" profile. Check that you don't see any of the options you disabled.
      18. Now login as teacher in the app and open the MM Dev Testing course.
      19. Open any participant profile (except your own). Check that you cannot see the "Notes" option.
      20. In web as admin, re-enable the "Notes" option inside Participants.
      21. Restart the app and open any profile again (except your own). Check that now you can see the "Notes" option.
