Disable Paypal in the app

      This issue only needs to be tested in 1 device.

      1. In the app, login in master site.
      2. Go to search courses using the top-right icon.
      3. Search "PayPal".
      4. Click "PayPal course". Check that you see a section titled "Other enrolments" with a button that says "Complete the enrolment in browser".
      5. Click the button. Check that you see a confirm dialog explaining what you need to do.
      6. Click Cancel. Check that the browser isn't opened.
      7. Click the button again and now click "Open in browser". Check that the browser is opened.
      8. Enrol using PayPal in the browser.
      9. Once you're done, go back to the app. Check that the page is refreshed automatically and it no longer displays the enrolment options.

      According to Apple App Store and Google Play Policies is still not possible to use alternative payment methods that the one offered by those companies.

      When we detect a course using an enrolment method that required payment, we should display a message to complete the process in the website. Something like that: "To complete the enrolment process click here" > link to the page in the website, opening in a new browser (not inapp)
