Add new ion-badge for missing autocompletion-pass

      After upgrade M3.11 the status auto-completion "COMPLETION_COMPLETE_PASS" was missing out. I have created a moodle tracker (https://tracker.moodle.org/projects/MDL/issues/MDL-73172) to enhance that status.
      The idea is to create a new ion-badge in new module completion to show "COMPLETION_COMPLETE_PASS" again
