Test on one device of your choice:

      1. Navigate to a Book and enter the contents.
      2. Check the progress navigation bar is placed at the bottom.
      3. If you can scroll, check the bar disappears when scrolling down and reappears on scroll down. It will also reappear when scroll touch the bottom.
      4. Check content is correctly displayed.
      5. Check you can swipe right left to move on pages. (Only book)
      6. Check navigation bar buttons work as well.
      7. Check progress bar on navigation bar is correctly updated
      8. Retest the same with an IMSCP activity and also an SCORM named: "SCORM-debugger Simple TOC"

Note: IMSCP navigation bar will not be displayed until MOBILE-3998 is integrated, so wait for it to test that part, or test it then.

It should be always displayed at the bottom for Book, SCORM and IMSCP. It has to work the same as the activities navigation (scroll down -> disappears, scroll up -> reappears)

Additionally: change ion-range and add a progress bar instead without clicking. Text should not be % but 5/10.

Also titles should never be displayed on next-previous buttons (we can maintained it as aria label).

For IMSCP, we'd need to create an index page as well with the START/RESUME
