This issue only needs to be tested in 1 device.

      1. In the app, go to MM Dev Testing Course > Resource: IMSCP > IMS Test Package. Check that, instead of viewing the IMSCP contents, you now see a page with the description and table of contents. Also, there should be a button saying "Start".
      2. Click "Start". Check that the IMSCP is opened with the first "item".
      3. Using the "Table of Contents" top-right button, change to another item and then go back to the entry page. Remember the last item you viewed.
      4. In the entry page, check that now the button says "Resume" instead of Start.
      5. Click "Resume". Check that the IMSC is opened by the last item you viewed.
      6. Go back to the entry page and now click any item in the table of contents. Check that the IMSC is opened by the item you clicked.
      7. Check navigation bar positioning as described in MOBILE-3996

    Description

We'd need to create an index page as well with the START/RESUME like in book.
