Refactor notifications page to use split-view and swipe navigation

      Test notifications:

        • Split-view (only tablet)*

      Open notifications section, notifications list will appear at the left and notification detail at the right site of the split view.

      Then, press one notification and swipe left or right to navigate between notifications.

      The notifications page currently displays the list of notifications in a plain list, which makes navigation cumbersome and doesn't take advantage of the tablet layout nor swipe gestures.

      In order to improve it, we'll introduce these two patterns that we're already using in other parts of the app.
