When downloading a local copy of Google Drive online files, we perform a HEAD request to LMS to know the mimetype of the file we're downloading.

In our 3.3 testing site, this HEAD request returns mimetype "text/rtf" for gdoc files, so we store the file with that mimetype&extension and the device is able to open the file.

Our 4.0 testing site is returning mimetype "application/vnd.google-apps.document", and when we try to open this file the device says it cannot find any app to open it (even if the Google Drive app is installed).
