Revise cloud icon when 'Offline use' is disabled on the Moodle site

    Description

      On previous version of the app (<=3.9.5) we had two differentiate parts: Download (cloud icon) and Manage storage (a box)

      In 4.0 this features were merged to only Download (cloud icon)

      If 'Offline use' is disabled on the Moodle site, the same cloud icon is shown. Maybe it should be revised.
