Critical Description
Dear Moodle Team,
As a clinic (10,000 employees) we would like to integrate Moodle for teaching. Unfortunately, the app does not work on IOS devices (Apple).
In H5P interactive content, the training is not displayed.
I get the message "You do not have permission to access this content...". Yet I am the creator and admin. I also followed your instructions and activated cross-site tracking. But that did not work either.
Since we are rolling out the instructions digitally at the clinic and presumably many users use IOS devices, we would discourage the employees if it does not work and destroy the advantage of the APP or ELearning.
I hope they find a quick solution to this, otherwise users of the app will be put off.

als Klinik (10000 Mitarbeiter) möchten wir Moodle für Belehrungen integrieren. Leider funktioniert die App bei IOS Geräten (Apple) nicht.
Bei H5P interaktive Inhalte wird mir die Fortbildung nicht angezeigt .
Der Hinweis kommt "Sie haben keine Berechtigung um auf diesen Inhalt...". Dabei bin ich der Ersteller und Admin. Zudem bin ich Ihrer Anleitung gefolgt und habe Crosssite Tracking aktiviert. Doch auch das hat keinen Erfolg gebracht.
Da wir die Belehrungen am Klinik digital ausrollen und vermutlich viele Anwender IOS Geräte nutzen , würden wir die Mitarbeiter abschrecken wenn es nicht funktioniert und den Vorteil der APP bzw. an ELearning kaputt machen.
Ich hoffe sie finden dazu eine schnelle Lösung, sonst werden die Nutzer der App abgeschreckt .
