Move default zoom level to a config.json variable

      Add defaultZoomLevel in moodle.config.json and check if applies to the app.

      You can try 3 different values for defaultZoomLevel:

      "none" will reflect in 100% of zoom, "medium" 110% and high 120%.

      This can be tested in Android and iOS.

      Right now the initial zoom level is 100, we should move this to a config variable so it can be easily changed for BMAs and custom apps.

      Another thing I noticed is that the 100% zoom level is named "normal", while the 110% is named "low", those names are reversed and should be fixed.
