This issue needs to be tested only in iOS.

      1. Login with 2 different sites/accounts in the app, it doesn't matter which ones.
      2. While logged in one of them, click your avatar and go to Site Preferences > Manage downloads.
      3. Click the trash icon in "Total space used" and confirm to delete all the data.
      4. Kill the app.
      5. Share any file with the Moodle app. E.g. you can just search for "sample pdf" using Safari, open any of the PDF files and then share it with the Moodle app.
      6. Check that the app opens and it tells you to choose a site to store the file in.
      7. Click any of the sites. Check that the app displays a success message and now it displays the site landing page (e.g. my courses).
      8. Go to the More tab > App Settings > Shared files.
      9. Select the site you chose in step 7. Check that you can see the file you shared.

When you share a file with the iOS Moodle app and you have more than one site, the app asks you to choose which site do you want to use to store it. However, if the Moodle app isn't running when the file is shared this isn't working, I guess the navigation is lost while the app is starting.
