URL scheme not working in iOS when the app is closed

      This issue needs to be tested in iOS only. One device is enough.

      1. Login in our 3.5 site with any user (as long as he is enrolled in the course used in this test).
      2. Kill the app.
      3. In safari, login in our 3.5 site and open the course called "Curso".
      4. In "Topic 1", click the link that says "Open this course in the app".
      5. Confirm that you want to open the app. Check that the app is opened and it automatically opens the course you were seeing.

      Launching the app with a URL scheme (e.g. deep link) works fine if the app is running, but if the app is not running nothing happens in iOS.
