If dashboard and site home are disabled, site plugins in home page aren't displayed

    Description

      Right now the home tab in main menu is only displayed if Dashboard or Site Home are displayed. But those aren't the only possible tabs, site plugins can also add tabs in there, so the app should also check that there is no site plugin in there.
