This is a follow-up of MOBILE-4084. We integrated a temporary solution for 4.0.2, we should use a better solution to allow opening this kind of resources.

Another thing we should consider is whether we want to display the inline folders in the course content instead of having their own page.

Also, another thing to take into account is that right now inline folders are skipped when using the next/previous activity buttons.
