Link handlers don't work if the URL uses a different protocol than the site URL

      This issue only needs to be tested in 1 device.

      1. Login in our master site as any user.
      2. Go to MM Dev Testing course > Links to capture.
      3. Click the link "Moodle features demo using HTTP instead of HTTPS" (it's one of the first ones). Check that the course is opened in the app (before this patch, it was opened in browser).

      This is a regression caused by this commit

      When creating the relative URL, if the link uses for example http but the site uses https then the app won't remove the site URL and it will supply an invalid URL to all link handlers.
