This was reproduced by Isabel in a SCORM.

When trying to sync a SCORM, if you no longer have access to it (e.g. the course was hidden, or you are no longer enrolled) the sync process will fail forever and data won't be deleted.

We need to decide what to do, we should probably delete the offline data in this case.
