I think that the problem comes when several events with the default reminder are created for the same day during the same session in the app.

• Open the app -> Go to calendar
• Create an event for the next hour, leaving the default reminder
• Create another event for the next hour + 1 minute, leaving the default reminder
• Check that two Reminders are created and you receive two local notifications
