Sometimes when you add a new user event on calendar instead of showing 'now' as a Date, it is 'now' minus two hours

Sometimes when you add a new user event on calendar instead of showing 'now' as a Date, it is 'now' minus two hours. Or it is correct ('now'), or it is two hours less ('now' minus two hours)

I cannot reproduce this on browser
