If a teacher tries to create a calendar event with type "group", the app performs a WS request to get the groups of the selected course. If this WS call fails an error is displayed (ok), and the group selector doesn't appear so there is no way for the user to create the calendar event.

We should let the user know that he needs to be online to create that event.
