      I think we could improve the error message shown when a user needs to change their password and they are already logged in

      You cannot execute functions in the course context (course id:11). The context error message was: error/forcepasswordchangenotice
      id:11 is the number of the course

      Consider: not show anything, only showing it when 'Display debug messages' is enabled
