The current grades view for teachers is broken at course level

      This only needs to be tested in one device.

      As a teacher, enter a course and make sure that the "Grades" tab shows a list of participants. Visiting each of these should show their grades in the course. Otherwise, the functionality should be the same as the participants tab (split view, swipe navigation, etc.).

      Also, make sure that a non-teacher will continue to see their grades directly, instead of the list of participants.

      Note that this only works for 4.2+ sites, as this relies on a new webservice. Older sites will continue using the old behaviour (showing the grades regardless of the type of user).

      Using the LMS, teachers are able to see all of their students’ grades in the “grades” tab of the course page.

      In the app, the “grades” tab of the course page always shows the current user’s grades. So teachers have to open the list of participants, and visit their grades individually.

      In this task, we want to improve that by actually showing the students’ grades for teachers in the app as well.
