This issue only needs to be tested in one device. Check that LTI activity icons look the same in the app than the LMS in the following scenarios: Calendar event page Calendar day page Calendar upcoming events page Timeline block Recently accessed items block Grade items Course contents (this already worked properly before this issue) In order to make them appear on calendar and timeline, it's necessary to configure the activity completion of LTI activities using the "Expect completed on" date. Keep in mind that LTI activities can have different icons, but they always fall into one of the following 2 categories: Custom icon defined by the LTI module. Sometimes this is the actual icon (e.g. grade items), and sometimes this is just the shape (when it sits inside the blue square). That is the expected behaviour. Fallback icon, this is the one that looks like a puzzle piece. The icon can be configured in LTI activities in the General section pressing the "Show more..." button. In case of doubt, just make sure that icons looks the same in the LMS and the app.
