Improve swipe navigation split-view (move the focus on the left side so it matches what is focused on the right side)

Hi,

When MOBILE-4042 was done it was added swipe navigation on all split-view pages.

While testing MOBILE-4021 it was noticed that the focus on the left side doesn't move down while swiping right on the right side:

(The video is about notifications but other split-view pages have the same behaviour. For example forums)

The idea would be to move the focus on the left side so it matches what is focused on the right side

To reproduce it:

1. Using a device with big screen (for example an Android tablet or an iPad) open the app an log in
2. Go to notifications page
3. Tap on the penultimate that you can see (not the last one in case it moves the focus of the left side)
4. Swipe to older notifications
5. See how you are seeing notifications that are not seen on the left side
