Review styles of assignment footer

Assignment footer used the adaptable-buttons-row, but that class caused problems in big screens because the footer has a mix of buttons and items. For 4.1 we decided to remove the class, we should check if we can re-add it again, maybe re-structuring the info displayed in the footer.

Mixing buttons and items also means that buttons can have different sizes, and it looks a bit weird.
